What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal’s secure checkout.

Is it safe to purchase on your site?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store your payment information.

Will I be charged in USD?

Yes. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider will handle currency conversion.

Do you charge tax?

Prices are final. As a micro seller, we currently do not charge VAT or sales tax.

Delivery & Downloads

How do I receive my purchase?

After payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with an instant download link. You can also download your files from your account dashboard.

How long do I have to download my files?

Download links are available for 24 hours after purchase and can be downloaded up to 3 times. Please save your files to a secure location.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it within 24 hours.

Can I get a replacement file if I lose it?

Yes — if you lose your files within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we’ll provide a new download link.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:

• The download link is broken and cannot be fixed within 48 hours
• The product is significantly different from its description

What if there’s a technical issue?

Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly. We respond within 24 hours.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use your products commercially?

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, our products can be used in commercial projects.

Can I resell your products?

No. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products as standalone files.

Do I need to credit the author?

Attribution is appreciated but not required.
