Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (instant download), all sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

1. The download link is broken and cannot be fixed within 48 hours
2. The product file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
3. The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page

Not eligible for refund:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You don’t have compatible software to open the files
• You didn’t read the product description carefully before purchasing

What to Do If There’s a Problem

If you experience any issue with your purchase:

1. Contact us at hello@meowselect.com with your order number
2. Describe the issue — most problems are resolved quickly
3. We will respond within 24 hours

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, please contact us first. We genuinely want to resolve any issue. Unnecessary chargebacks result in fees for us and may result in the suspension of your account.
